We want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original, unopened packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
For the safety of all our customers and their babies, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken or the package is opened:
- Feeding Accessories: Bottles, pacifiers, and breast pumps.
- Bedding & Apparel: Mattresses, pillows, and nursing bras.
- Hygiene Items: Diaper pails, bathtubs, and grooming kits.
- Final Sale: Any items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”
3. Oversized Items (Strollers, Cribs, Walkers)
Please inspect large gear immediately upon delivery.
- Change of Mind: If you wish to return a large item due to personal preference, the item must remain in its original box, unassembled. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which can be significant for freight items.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of large furniture or strollers to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@thecozybabyessentials.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include photos of the damage and the shipping box.
- We will provide a pre-paid return label or ship a replacement part/unit at no additional cost to you.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
- Timeline: You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
6. Shipping Costs
- Faulty Items: We cover all shipping costs.
- Standard Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
